I tried to return the item and got denied, then reached out about the warranty thinking that might help. Nope. The whole process felt pointless and frustrating, like nobody actually wanted to help. what a joke.

Food sticks to these pans more than I expected, and I end up spending around forever trying to scrub them clean. Even after soaking them for a while, there are still marks left behind. For about this price, I really didn’t think cleaning would be this annoying.

"Kind of hit or miss for me"
I bought this pan hoping it would be a solid long-term pick, but it ended up being hit or miss. At first it seemed fine, but the finish started looking worn way sooner than I expected, and now food sticks more than it should.
Cleaning it has become more annoying than it’s worth, especially for the price. I really thought it would hold up better, but it just doesn’t feel very durable. i’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

"Thought it would feel nicer"
I bought this thinking made in the USA would automatically mean better quality, which maybe isn’t always fair, but still. The handles looked kind of rough and the finish just felt a bit sloppy to me. It might work fine for someone else, but for the price I expected more, so I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Feels like money well spent"
It’s not exactly cheap, but it feels solid and worth what I paid so far. It actually reminds me of those few purchases I made years ago that I ended up being really glad about later — the kind where you can tell quickly it wasn’t a mistake

"Shipping was kinda a mess"
My order took way longer to show up than I expected, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time. I reached out to customer service and they basically just told me to wait, which wasn’t much help.

"Not sure about the quality"
I’ve used this a few times now, and I’m not too impressed. Food seems to stick way more than I expected, and the heat doesn’t feel very even when cooking. Cleanup ends up being a hassle too. For the price, I was hoping it would feel a bit better made, but now I’m kind of questioning the quality.

"Helpful customer service, but I expected an apology"
Customer service got back to me quickly and fixed the issue with my order, which I do appreciate. Still, given the hassle, I expected at least a simple apology along the way.
